About The Position

As a Member Engagement Facilitator, you deliver Girl Scout programming to girls who may face barriers to joining a volunteer-led troop. You also help expand membership and connect families to council opportunities in Waterloo, IA. Key responsibilities include delivering age-appropriate program sessions, supporting youth and adult recruitment efforts, representing Girl Scouts at local community events, and sharing clear information on council programs and resources.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Strong self-management, confidence, and active listening
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
• Daytime availability

Responsibilities
