About The Position

CCA Global Partners is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated, customer-centric professional with a goal-driven mindset as a Member Engagement Consultant in their Manchester, NH Office for the Saving4Members division. This role is responsible for growing Savings4Members vendor program participation within the memberships of its organization partners by proactively engaging members, supporting strategic call campaigns, and leveraging relationships with both organization and vendor partners to drive business growth. The position focuses on re-engaging members following conferences, webinars, and marketing-driven campaigns, supporting special outreach initiatives, and providing exceptional service to help members improve business efficiency and profitability. The Member Engagement Consultant will collaborate closely with internal departments, vendor partners, and key contacts at our partner organizations to ensure vendor participation growth and overall member satisfaction. CCA Global Partners offers a hybrid work schedule with the opportunity to work remotely Mondays and Fridays and in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years related work experience preferably in sales, telemarketing, or customer service or minimum of 2 years related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience demonstrating strong communications, writing, and sales skills with a track record of high call volume, inbound or outbound, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Ability to learn and absorb quickly, as well as prioritize and respond quickly.
  • Excellent personal computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key resource between vendors, members, and organization partners to drive participation and revenue results against division goals.
  • Support division objectives by working on partner organization launches, relaunch initiatives, and vendor-specific call campaigns that enhance our overall communication strategy and drive high-impact, measurable results.
  • Leverage relationships with participating Savings4Members organizations to assist with educating and training organizations member companies on the program offerings, helping them to run their business more effectively and profitably.
  • Serve as a vendor liaison by resolving member issues and collaborating to enhance the lead and sales processes.
  • Represent Savings4Members at tradeshows and group conferences to enhance program visibility and drive partnership value.
  • Reconnect with members post-conference to collect feedback, track results, and coordinate next steps with internal teams to effectively drive participation.
  • Support webinar planning, preparation, and execution.
  • Conduct timely follow-up with participants to provide additional resources, address inquiries, and encourage program participation.
  • Maintain accurate member and vendor records across entirety of CRM system.
  • Utilize CRM notes and data to manage pipelines, drive conversions, and influence best practice review.
