Requirements

  • 2–5 years of successful leadership experience, preferably in a sales or financial services environment
  • Proven experience achieving sales and performance goals
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
  • Thorough understanding of financial industry products, services, and operations
  • Ability to drive business development and community engagement initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Passion for helping others and improving their financial well-being
  • Formal leadership or management training preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Member Center team through coaching, accountability, mentorship, and performance management
  • Drive sales, membership growth, product penetration, and loan growth initiatives
  • Manage daily Member Center operations while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and financial performance
  • Build and strengthen community and business relationships to support organizational growth
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans and budgets aligned with Credit Union objectives
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and member-focused culture
  • Partner with internal teams and leadership to support organizational initiatives and continuous improvement
  • Ensure team members deliver exceptional service experiences to both internal and external members
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and developing top talent
