About The Position
The Member Care Coordinator will be responsible for providing a vibrant frontline presence, managing member interactions, check-ins, and appointments to ensure a positive experience. This role involves swift communication, guiding new members through the onboarding process, handling administrative tasks such as order processing and billing, and managing inventory. Additionally, the coordinator will oversee mail and package logistics, assist with new hire setup and training, and collaborate with the team on innovative projects to enhance the member experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical or clinical office setting.
- Proficient in MS Office 365, EHR/EMR systems, and scheduling and billing systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to efficiently perform job duties in a fast-paced work environment with zero to few errors.
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
- Flexible with a team-player mentality.
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in an intimate clinical setting.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree in related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the welcoming force for members and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage member interactions, check-ins, and appointments.
- Respond promptly to calls, messages, and emails.
- Guide new members through the onboarding process, including agreement forms, program details, and payment discussions.
- Foster lasting relationships with members and promote their ongoing success.
- Process orders, manage billing, and maintain inventory.
- Manage mail and packages, including outgoing shipments.
- Assist with new hire setup and training, including curriculum review and shadowing.
- Collaborate with the team to elevate the member experience.
- Participate in projects and assignments, showcasing adaptability and innovation.
