You’ll own our billing process end-to-end, make sure everything is accurate and on track, and help our members when they have questions or need support. It’s a mix of numbers, problem-solving, and real conversations with people—so you won’t just be stuck in spreadsheets all day. We’re looking for someone who’s detail-oriented, dependable, and doesn’t mind picking up the phone when needed.
