Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families through Zoom
- Understand client needs and present appropriate benefit options
- Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with company standards
- Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and coaching calls
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and achieve team goals
