The Opportunity
First-year earnings of $100,000+ for top performers
$22/hour base pay + overtime with uncapped commissions

Requirements

• Competitive, coachable, and hungry to win
• No prior insurance experience required
• Active Health and/or Life license - or willingness to obtain before starting
• Comfortable working full-time in-office (Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:30pm)
• This job does require passing a 7 year background check.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound Medicare and Life Insurance calls (no cold calling)
• Guide clients through coverage options and help them make confident decisions
• Build and grow a renewing book of business
