About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking a Member Benefits Advisor to work remotely with individuals, families, labor union members, credit union members, and association members. The advisor helps clients understand insurance options, answers questions, and guides them through a needs-based process with professionalism and care. The opportunity is suited to candidates seeking a client-facing career with training, mentorship, and advancement potential. This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and must complete any applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and are reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Strong customer-service and relationship-building ability.

- Comfort using virtual meeting tools and computer systems.
- Positive, proactive approach to client service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
