Requirements
- A passion for helping people and delivering outstanding service
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Comfort with computers and eagerness to learn new systems
- Bilingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply

- Cash handling or banking experience is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Welcome and support members, ensuring every visit is a great experience
- Build genuine relationships and learn about members’ financial goals
- Perform account transactions and assist with digital banking tools
- Basic account opening
- Educate members about products and services that support their financial success
- Make meaningful outreach calls to strengthen member relationships
- Collaborate with a supportive branch team that celebrates shared success
