Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a financial institution , with preference given to candidates who are currently working or have recently worked in a financial services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems and software platforms simultaneously , maintaining accuracy, organization, and productivity in a fast‑paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by accurately processing financial transactions and account requests.
• Assist members with opening, maintaining, and closing consumer, specialty, and select commercial accounts.
• Support the lending process by assisting with loan applications, closings, and general loan inquiries.
• Balance cash and maintain accuracy while following security, safety, and compliance procedures.
• Educate and support members in using digital banking tools and services.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that enhance members' financial well‑being.
• Resolve member concerns professionally and build strong, trusted relationships.
• Support branch operations, training, and regulatory compliance as needed.
