Schedule: Hours : Approximately 40 hours/week Monday - Friday shifts (starting as early as 8:00 am and ending as late as 6:00 pm). Work up to 3 Saturdays a month (8:30 am - 2:30 pm). Orientation & Training: Orientation : 8 days of paid orientation at our main branch (1100 Clinton Road, Jackson, MI). Training : Additional hands-on learning to set you up for success will be provided based on skills and experience. Your Role: Provide exceptional member service by accurately processing financial transactions and account requests. Assist members with opening, maintaining, and closing consumer, specialty, and select commercial accounts. Support the lending process by assisting with loan applications, closings, and general loan inquiries. Balance cash and maintain accuracy while following security, safety, and compliance procedures. Educate and support members in using digital banking tools and services. Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that enhance members' financial well‑being. Resolve member concerns professionally and build strong, trusted relationships. Support branch operations, training, and regulatory compliance as needed. Ready to apply? Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a financial institution , with preference given to candidates who are currently working or have recently worked in a financial services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems and software platforms simultaneously , maintaining accuracy, organization, and productivity in a fast‑paced setting.
