Melt Shop Electrical Lead
About The Position
The Melt Shop Electrical Lead is responsible for promoting a safe work environment and a one division team. This role involves leading an electrical maintenance team, developing preventative and predictive maintenance programs and quality systems, maintaining and troubleshooting all types of electrical equipment, training and developing a maintenance team, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires the ability to work rotating shifts and scheduled/unscheduled overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Safety is paramount, and candidates must demonstrate the ability to uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- Three years industrial maintenance experience
- Ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times
Nice To Haves
- Previous Leadership experience
- Knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems
