About The Position

This entry-level team member position performs retail tasks involving stocking, customer service, and merchandising. The role helps keep the store running smoothly by ensuring shelves are stocked and organized, supporting an exceptional shopping experience, and assisting with other operational tasks as needed. The position includes overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead and requires physical work, including lifting, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
