This role plays a key role in creating a fresh, welcoming, and well-run store experience within the Fresh departments.

Responsibilities

• Delivering remarkable customer service by providing customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service and a friendly attitude.
• Preparing and presenting fresh food with care and attention to quality.
• Building positive connections with customers and teammates.
• Sharing product knowledge and helping customers find what they need.
• Maintaining full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
• Stocking, rotating, and merchandising product according to standards.
• Using technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Following food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Working across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Supporting other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
