Working as a Meeting and Event Planner, you are responsible for Guest Services for a Conference Center. You will manage a team of coordinators and receptionists. You will be responsible for ensuring guest’s needs are met with high level of customer services.
Requirements
- Great attitude
- 3–5 years of event execution experience
- Customer-focused, with a friendly and outgoing personality and a genuine interest in providing excellent service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to define event goals, scope, and budget
- Coordinate vendors and manage venue logistics, room setup, and AV equipment
- Collaborate with the Banquet Manager on event execution
- Create event agendas
- Conduct post-event analysis, reviewing performance and providing feedback
