In this role, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals, going to hospital to perform software upgrade for automated medication dispensing devices. Requirements

  • Ability to travel extensively for field-based service assignments.
  • 1+ year of technical experience required.
  • Must maintain personal parts inventory, sourcing from approved vendors.
  • Candidates must have authorization to work in the US without the need for sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in biomedical, IT, electronics, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years in a field technician role preferred.
  • Experience in IT support, electronics, biomedical engineering, or pharmacy technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, configuration, and updates for medical devices, software, and networking systems.
  • Conduct routine checks to verify proper functionality after setup.
  • Troubleshoot device and network issues, resolving technical problems independently or escalating complex cases.
  • Follow calibration protocols for servicing equipment
  • Educate healthcare staff on device utilization and software functionality.
  • Maintain compliance with hospital vendor credentialing requirements.
