About The Position
We are an expanding aesthetics clinic seeking two enthusiastic and licensed Medical Assistants to join our dedicated team. Whether you excel in client relations and organization or are eager to specialize in body sculpting and weight loss, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Position 1: Front Desk Medical Assistant Focus on Client Experience, Scheduling & Wellness Injections Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, plus rotating Saturdays (9:30 AM – 5:00 PM) Starting Pay: $16.00 / hour + earned commissions on product & service upsells Growth: Ample room for career advancement within the clinic Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet walk-ins, handle high-volume phone calls, and manage appointments. Utilize your Medical Assistant license to administer client injection packages (e.g., vitamins and peptides) for walk-ins. Educate clients on available MedSpa products and services to drive sales and earn commissions. Position 2: Body Sculpting & Weight Loss Medical Assistant Focus on Advanced Aesthetic Treatments & Client Transformation Schedule: Part-Time / Full-Time (~30–35 hours/week, depending on client bookings) Starting Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 / hour + earned commissions on sales Key Responsibilities: Learn, specialize in, and perform body contouring/sculpting procedures to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals. Administer vitamin drips, IV therapy, and fat-loss injections with precision and care. Conduct thorough client consultations, build personalized treatment plans, and provide pre- and post-care education.
Requirements
- Valid Medical Assistant license required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus, though not required.
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and helping clients feel confident.
- Strong interpersonal and sales/communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail regarding sterility, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- High energy, positive attitude, and a collaborative team mindset.
