Medspa Manager - Laser / Esthetician
About The Position
Amerejuve Medspa is a leading provider of advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments, dedicated to delivering real results and exceptional client experiences. Our Katy location offers state-of-the-art technology in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. We are seeking a hands-on leader who can manage clinic operations while also providing top-tier esthetic and laser services. This dual-role position combines clinic leadership with direct client services. The Clinic Manager – Esthetician & Laser Technician is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading the team, driving revenue, and performing advanced skincare and laser treatments. The ideal candidate is both a strong leader and a skilled provider with a passion for aesthetics, sales, and team development.
Requirements
- Active Esthetician license (required)
- Laser Technician certification (required, per state regulations)
- 2+ years of experience in a medspa or aesthetic environment
- Strong sales background with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

- Prior management or leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service
- Lead, coach, and motivate staff to meet and exceed sales and performance goals
- Monitor key metrics including revenue, bookings, conversion rates, and client retention
- Manage scheduling, staffing, payroll, and performance evaluations
- Recruit, onboard, and train team members
- Handle client concerns and ensure an exceptional end-to-end experience
- Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure operational readiness
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and state regulations
- Partner with marketing to drive local promotions and lead generation
- Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and advanced esthetic services
- Conduct laser treatments such as laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation (based on certification)
- Perform client consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Educate clients on services, packages, and homecare products
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation and client records
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and client care
