Within the Pharma Services Group (PSG), the High Point, NC location specializes in gelatin-based drug delivery dosage forms (softgels). Our expertise lies in the development and production of various softgel technologies.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Ability to interpret data, perform basic calculations, and troubleshoot.
Ability to work 12-hour shift in a 24-hour, 7 day per week operation.
Meet DEA security security clearance requirements if requested.
Must have the ability to regularly lift, push, or transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Experience in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

Follow SOPs and GMP procedures.
Medicine batch preparation according to the Batch Production Record (BPR).
Verify correct medicine code, lot numbers.
Troubleshoot and address issues related to medicine quality, mixing, or equipment.
Manufacture simple, Bulk products.
Observe medicine operations, take samples of product.
Ensure follows safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Ensure rooms and equipment are cleaned and ready for production.
Assist with cleanup and other medicine duties as needed.
