Requirements
- Current license for Medication Technician in Virginia.
- Ability to work 30 hours a week on an overnight shift.
- Strong understanding of medication administration protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a QMAP.
- Willingness to pursue advancement opportunities.
- Experience in a healthcare or senior living environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents.
- Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medications.
- Document medication administration accurately.
- Communicate with healthcare professionals regarding resident care.
- Maintain a safe and clean medication administration area.
