About The Position

The Pines of Mount Lebanon is seeking a Medication Technician (Med Tech) for all shifts. This role offers competitive pay starting at $23.80/hour, with additional shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The company covers the cost of ongoing training and CEUs to maintain your certification. An organized onboarding process is provided during the first 30 days to ensure a smooth integration into the clinical team. Both full-time (5 shifts/week) and part-time (3 shifts/week) positions are available, with an every-other-weekend rotation.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid, current Medication Technician Certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal care, assisted living, or a similar healthcare setting.
• Professional, career-minded individual with a consistent attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents.
• Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medications.
• Document medication administration accurately.
• Maintain resident records.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals regarding resident care.
• Provide personal care to residents as needed.
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
