About The Position
Join Lincoln Knolls Health & Rehab, LLC as a Medication Technician in Youngstown, OH. In this role, you will assist residents with their medication administration under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, ensuring safety and compliance with all healthcare regulations. Requirements
- Licensed as a Nurse Aid (CNA) in the state of Ohio.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in medication administration preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications to residents in accordance with established protocols.
- Document medication administration accurately and timely.
- Monitor residents for adverse reactions or side effects and report concerns to nursing staff.
- Maintain medication carts and storage areas in compliance with facility policies.
- Assist nursing staff with resident care as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
