About The Position
This role focuses on providing overnight care and support to residents. The Medication Technician will use their compassion to offer warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship. They will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor for changes in residents' day and personal care needs, and collaborate with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plans. Encouraging resident participation in community programs and activities is also a key part of the role.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and love working with people!
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- A current state-required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA- Medication Aide/Technician Certified is a plus.
Responsibilities
