As a Caregiver, you’ll provide personalized care and support to a small group of residents (typically 10–12), helping with daily activities, companionship, and emotional support. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • CPR certified
  • Food handlers’ certificate
  • CNA/HCA certified

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Actively assist nursing staff with direct patient care and respond to resident needs.
  • Meticulously manage medications, transcribe doctor's orders, and monitor for drug interactions.
  • Handle crucial administrative tasks, including ordering medications and supplies, and communicating with doctors and families.
  • Partner with nursing staff and leadership by reporting any discrepancies to the Director of Nursing.
  • Take and record residents' vitals, and assist in resident care emergencies as needed.
