LCB Senior Living is hiring Medication Technicians at The Residence at Cherry Hill. This role involves dispensing unit dose medications, making required record entries, and notifying nurses about self-administered medications. The Medication Technician will also assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as toileting, dressing, bathing, eating, and walking, as described in their service plan. They will monitor for changes in resident needs, preferences, and health status, reporting any changes immediately to the RN or designee. The role requires answering emergency calls promptly and participating in ongoing in-service training programs. Additionally, Medication Technicians will assist with escorting residents to meals and activities, documenting services provided (including incidents, behaviors, and out-of-the-ordinary events), and inputting service information into the community computer tracking system. They will also conduct and facilitate programming that offers cognitive stimulation, socialization, physical activity, and spiritual connection.
