Requirements

  • QMAP certification.
  • Experience in medication administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a senior living environment.
  • Additional certifications in healthcare.
  • Experience with electronic health records.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications to residents.
  • Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medications.
  • Document medication administration accurately.
  • Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a safe and clean medication environment.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities as needed.
