Requirements
- QMAP certification.
- Experience in medication administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Basic computer skills for documentation.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a senior living environment.
- Additional certifications in healthcare.
- Experience with electronic health records.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents.
- Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medications.
- Document medication administration accurately.
- Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a safe and clean medication environment.
- Assist residents with daily living activities as needed.
