Requirements

  • Must be a Medication Technician / QMAP.
  • Ability to administer medications accurately and safely.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
  • Qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year may be eligible for advancement fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications to residents.
  • Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medications.
  • Document medication administration accurately.
  • Communicate with healthcare professionals regarding resident care.
  • Maintain a safe and clean medication administration area.
  • Provide gracious hospitality and neighborliness for our residents and families.
  • Contribute to a home-like feel and all-around comfort for residents and visiting family members.
  • Facilitate entertaining events and gatherings so our residents can find connections in groups and 1:1 settings.
