Requirements

Must be a Medication Technician / QMAP.
Ability to administer medications accurately and safely.
Strong documentation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
Qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year may be eligible for advancement fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding.

Responsibilities

Administer medications to residents.
Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medications.
Document medication administration accurately.
Communicate with healthcare professionals regarding resident care.
Maintain a safe and clean medication administration area.
Provide gracious hospitality and neighborliness for our residents and families.
Contribute to a home-like feel and all-around comfort for residents and visiting family members.
Facilitate entertaining events and gatherings so our residents can find connections in groups and 1:1 settings.
