About The Position
For over 60 years, St. Anne Home, a ministry of the Felician Sisters of North America, has been committed to offering superior health care services to the senior members of our community. We are seeking to hire a Medication Technician/Caregiver - Personal Care.
Requirements
- PA CMA Certification.
- Must have successful completion of training in Assistance with Self Administered Medication.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Personal Care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with the management of self administered medication.
- Attend and participate in the required in-service class on Assistance with Self Administered Medications.
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, toileting, and/or transferring as needed.
- Assist and participate with socialization of residents.
- Serve food trays and assist with the set up of the meals as instructed.
- Assist residents to the dining areas and prepare for meals.
- Initiate CPR or other emergency intervention for residents as needed.
