Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous work experience completing similar tasks in the healthcare setting required.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English required.
Nice To Haves
- Current certification as pharmacy technician, nurse, or MA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Mountain Family Health Centers’ expert on medication refills.
- Work with the Director of Pharmacy to ensure program integrity and success.
- Assist patients and prescribers with responding to medication refill requests promptly.
- Work with insurance processing prior authorizations.
- Identify and complete medication assistance program applications.
