Requirements

Familiar with medical terminology

Proficient in EMR systems
Current LPN license from the State of Minnesota -OR- Graduate of a medical assistant program with CMA OR CCMA certification within one year of hire
American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience in Medication Prior Authorization
