About The Position

We're hiring a Clinic Medication Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our expanding team at the brand-new Klamath Falls Treatment Center. This role is passionate about patient care and making a difference.

Requirements

• Licensure in Oregon LPN or RN.
• CPR Certified.
• Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
• Current driver's license.
• We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.

Responsibilities

• Administering and dispensing the proper dose of methadone or buprenorphine medication to each client per order given by the prescribing licensed independent practitioner.
• Perform screening of clients and updates charting regarding client's progress.
• Relay client feedback to appropriate team members to assure coordination of care.
• Provide compassionate high-quality care.
