About The Position
The Medication History Pharmacy Technician at PipelineRx (now a part of Evernorth Health Services) supports Remote Pharmacy Services by collecting and documenting accurate patient medication histories, assisting pharmacists, and performing related clinical and administrative tasks. We are looking for individuals who will work weekly schedules or 7 on, 7 off style schedules. We have both full time shifts and part time shifts we are looking to fulfill.
Requirements
- State Pharmacy Technician License
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification required.
- 2+ years Pharmacy Technician experience; 1+ year with Medication Reconciliation/History in hospitals.
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with Epic, Cerner and/or MediTech.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and technology skills; emergency availability.
- Internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

- Prescription data entry and project coordination experience.
Responsibilities
- Gather and verify complete medication lists and patient allergies.
- Document all medication details in electronic records.
- Interview patients/caregivers and consult pharmacists to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with quality assurance data, clinical services, order handling, and support pharmacists with data entry and insurance claims.
