About The Position

The Kensington, an Agemark Senior Living community, is looking for compassionate and dependable Medication Aides to join their team. This is a full-time position with day and evening shifts available, and every other weekend is required.

Requirements

• Current Nebraska 40-hour Medication Aide license required.
• Must be available to work every other weekend and holidays as scheduled.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and team members.
• Follow medication procedures carefully and maintain accurate documentation.
• Use electronic systems for medication tracking and documentation.
• Have a genuine interest in helping older adults live their best lives.
• Be reliable and ready to support residents and your team each shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely provide medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.
• Document medication administration clearly and correctly.
• Observe residents for changes, side effects, or concerns and report them promptly.
• Assist residents with personal needs while protecting their dignity and independence.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Bring compassion, patience, and positive energy to each shift.
