About The Position
This role involves assisting and/or administering medications as prescribed by a physician to residents. The Medication Aide will be responsible for documenting all medication management related information, notifying the LVN/LPN of any negative medication reactions, and assisting with and/or managing all medication refills. Updating records as necessary is also a key part of this position.
Requirements
- Experience as a caregiver
- Must have medication certification.
- First Aid/CPR certified.
