Responsibilities
- Medication Management: Safely administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and our community’s policies, ensuring accurate dosage and timing.
- Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in residents' health and well-being, collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans as needed.
- Personalized Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed, including support with hygiene, mobility, and ensuring comfort.
- Building Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, contributing to their happiness, dignity, and overall well-being.
- Supportive Environment: Work alongside a team of healthcare professionals, contributing to a welcoming, safe, and homelike atmosphere for our residents.
