Previous experience in medication administration or a healthcare setting is highly valued, but not required.

Responsibilities

Safely administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and our community’s policies, ensuring accurate dosage and timing.
Observe and report changes in residents' health and well-being, collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans as needed.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed, including support with hygiene, mobility, and ensuring comfort.
Develop meaningful relationships with residents, contributing to their happiness, dignity, and overall well-being.
Work alongside a team of healthcare professionals, contributing to a welcoming, safe, and homelike atmosphere for our residents.
