Requirements
- Must have L1MA or CMT certification in the state of Missouri
- Strong attention to detail, empathy, and a heart for older adults

Responsibilities
- Greet each resident warmly and administer medications with precision and presence
- Notice subtle changes and communicate them clearly to the care team
- Offer calm and reassurance — especially in moments of stress or confusion
- Keep your med cart pristine and your documentation flawless
