Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay focused in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in working with elderly populations.
- Physical endurance to stand for the majority of the shift.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the administration and management of medications under supervision.
- Monitor and record vital signs, contributing to our residents' health monitoring.
- Support residents with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Foster a supportive environment, encouraging resident participation in scheduled activities and social engagements.
- Help maintain a pleasant living environment through light housekeeping duties and meal service assistance.
