Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay focused in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• A positive attitude and a genuine interest in working with elderly populations.
• Physical endurance to stand for the majority of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration and management of medications under supervision.
• Monitor and record vital signs, contributing to our residents' health monitoring.
• Support residents with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Foster a supportive environment, encouraging resident participation in scheduled activities and social engagements.
• Help maintain a pleasant living environment through light housekeeping duties and meal service assistance.
