About The Position
Symphony Pointe, an Agemark Senior Living community, is hiring an On-Call Medication Aide to support residents across day, evening, and overnight shifts. This role offers a flexible schedule for individuals who enjoy caring for others and want to make a difference in a meaningful way.
Requirements
- Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification or other required Nebraska medication aide credential
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans
- Accurately document medication administration
- Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns to nursing staff
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Help create a caring, supportive environment for everyone in our community
