Requirements

Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent based on state requirements).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for serving older adults.
Basic computer skills for medication documentation.
Ability to work day shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.
Accurately document medication administration and maintain electronic records.
Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and promptly communicate with nursing staff.
Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing compassionate, respectful care.
Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your fellow team members.
Help create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone in the community.
