About The Position

Spring Arbor of Fredericksburg is growing and we're looking for compassionate, dependable Medication Aides / Med Techs (RMA) to join our amazing Assisted Living team! Open shifts are available for 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM), 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM), and 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM). Part-time opportunities are available with the potential to move into full-time status.

Requirements

• Current Medication Aide / Med Tech Certification
• Minimum age 18
• Ability to pass background screening

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medication administration per state guidelines
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Work alongside a caring and experienced team
• Help create a positive, engaging environment for seniors
