Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Current Medication Aide/Medication Technician certification required
- Positive background screening required
Nice To Haves
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), CNA, or experienced caregiver with medication administration certification
- Previous senior living, assisted living, home care, or healthcare experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with medication administration in accordance with state guidelines
- Provide compassionate support with daily living activities
- Work alongside nurses and care team members to ensure excellent resident care
- Help create a safe, engaging, and positive environment for residents
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families
Benefits
- Starting pay at $22.00/hr with higher rates based on experience
