Full-Time Med Aide/Caregiver – 2nd Shift 3pm to 11pm Shores of Sheboygan Make a Difference Every Evening Are you a compassionate Medication Aide who enjoys caring for others and making a meaningful impact? Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current Medication Aide certification (as required by state regulations)
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to physician orders and state regulations
• Observe residents for medication effectiveness and potential side effects
• Accurately document medication administration
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Provide compassionate care while promoting resident dignity and independence
• Respond promptly to resident needs
• Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and leadership to provide exceptional care
