The Waterford at Fitchburg, a premier retirement community in Fitchburg, WI, provides quality care to residents in an Independent and Assisted Living community. Schedule is every other weekend Saturday and Sunday, and 3-4 days per week 10:45pm-7:00am.
Requirements
- Must be listed on Wisconsin CBRF registry as completed Medication Administration course

Responsibilities
- Administering resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration
- Provides patients' personal hygiene by giving bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assisting with travel to the bathroom; helping with showers and baths
- Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals
- Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs and weight as needed
