About The Position

Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents for a field-based role in Duval County. As part of a collaborative team, you will work under the guidance of a Senior Manager and Regional Director. The role involves educating individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and other offerings, creating meaningful connections through grassroots marketing and in-home visits, and driving self-generated sales to expand Humana's market presence. This position requires a commitment to putting members' Health First and delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License required.
• Must live in the designated territory (Duval County).
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members’ homes, at community-based events and engaging with the community through service, retail environment, organizations, volunteer work or local events.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements).
• Self-provided internet service with at least a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps.
• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Nice To Haves

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.
• Background in selling Medicare products.
• Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups.
• Background in supporting Value Based Care organizations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages.
