About The Position
We are conducting a paid research study to understand the patient experience within specialized Medicare Advantage networks. The goal is to assess how well these plans support individual healthcare needs and identify areas for improvement in the member journey. Participants will share their experiences with selecting and using their Medicare Advantage benefits, including navigating care options, managing claims, and interacting with member support. The feedback will help evaluate the effectiveness of current plan structures.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in, or have previously held, a Devoted Health Medicare Advantage plan
- Comfortable discussing personal healthcare coverage and plan navigation
- Familiar with managing medical benefits or assisting a family member with their care
- Willing to participate in a remote, AI-moderated interview

- Familiarity with navigating medical benefits and provider networks is highly relevant.
