Hours may vary as they are on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with 1 year driving history without restrictions
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Responsibilities
