About The Position

Vanderbilt Health is the region's largest comprehensive academic health system, dedicated to providing world-class care, education, and research. The TVC Lab is seeking a Medical Technologist to perform routine and complex clinical pathology testing and instrument management. This role is responsible for accurately recording results, ensuring timely delivery, and applying clinical knowledge to achieve accurate test results that lead to quality patient care outcomes. The Medical Technologist will provide patient-focused care through accurate performance of tests in pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic stages, including reagent preparation and quality control. A strong understanding of techniques, principles, instruments, and their interrelationships, as well as physiological conditions affecting test results, is essential.

Responsibilities
