Requirements
- Bachelor's Science degree required (Biology, Chemistry, etc).
- Lab experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Performs routine and specialized coagulation testing according to established laboratory procedures.
- Performs testing including PT/INR, aPTT, fibrinogen, D-dimer, and thrombin time.
- Performs and evaluates mixing studies and other follow-up testing for abnormal coagulation results.
- Performs coagulation factor assays and von Willebrand testing as applicable to laboratory services.
- Performs routine instrument maintenance, calibration, reagent preparation, and quality control.
