About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to adult patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. This role involves caring for a diverse patient population, including medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurological cases, within a Level I Trauma setting.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience (recent experience not required)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active RN license (state or compact)
- BLS certification required upon hire

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments in accordance with established protocols

- Provide patient and family education tailored to age, culture, and medical condition
- Offer emotional support and ensure patient-centered care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
